Hear from the team

When I started working at FSRH almost 10 years ago, and a month after my first son was born, I could not have imagined that I’d be in the organisation for so long. However, the cause, the culture and some frankly excellent HR policies which have enabled me to flourish as both an employee and a father have maintained my enthusiasm for the organisation for the long term.

Harry Walker, Director of External Affairs

Working at the FSRH, I feel that my contributions are appreciated, my views are respected and that we will make progress by working together. The work is rewarding and impactful, and all employees feel part of the journey to better sexual and reproductive healthcare. Hard-working staff and supportive leadership, along with shared passion for improving women’s health, make for a unique culture of determination, inclusivity, and kindness. When a new acquaintance outside of work asks what I do for a living, I’m proud to tell them about the organisation, our charitable aims and what we stand for.
